Every client gets their own n8n instance, their own Postgres database and their ownN8N_ENCRYPTION_KEY, with CPU and memory caps set per instance. One client's load, or one client's incident, stays with that client.
You see all of it from a single dashboard; the clients see only their own instance on their own domain.

Can I manage multiple client instances?
Yes. Agency plans include one dashboard covering every client instance - health, backups and current n8n version in a single view.
Can my clients log into their own instances?
Yes. Each instance is single-tenant and owned by you or your client. We do not run one shared instance that everyone logs into; each client has their own, on their own domain.
Who updates and patches n8n on my clients' instances?
You do, per instance. We recommend watching n8n's release notes and applying updates on the schedule that suits each client. We provide isolated, backed-up infrastructure for every instance, so an update stays contained to that one client if anything goes wrong.
Do you offer white-label?
