Why not a $5 VPS?

A cheap server plus a self-install costs you 2–4 hours of setup once, then the ongoing work of provisioning Docker, configuring off-site backups, and monitoring the server yourself — on top of applying your own n8n updates, which is your job either way. We remove the server setup and backup work and give you an isolated instance to update on your own schedule. For anyone who’d rather not provision infrastructure from scratch, $39/mo managed is the simpler option.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and email support@n8nhosting.cloud for a full refund. Complex paid migrations and accounts suspended for abuse are excluded. The exact wording is in the Terms.

Is there a free trial?

No. Every plan is a paid plan with a 30-day money-back guarantee instead — that is how you try it without risk.

What counts as an "instance"?

One dedicated, single-tenant n8n deployment: its own container, its own database and its own encryption key. Agency plans bundle several; you can add more at any time.

Are executions really unlimited?

Yes, on every plan, and we will never meter them. Your instance has a fixed size; if a workload outgrows it we alert you and you resize or move to a dedicated VPS. There are no per-execution or overage charges, ever.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, free on every plan. We issue and renew the SSL certificate for you.

Who updates and patches my n8n instance?

You do, on every plan. We recommend watching n8n's release notes and security advisories and updating on your own schedule. We provide the isolated, backed-up infrastructure that makes doing that safely straightforward — see our security approach.

Why is there a setup fee on monthly billing?

It covers provisioning and hardening your instance, and it filters out tyre-kickers. It is waived entirely when you pay annually.

What is the annual discount?

Annual billing is two months free — roughly 17% — and the setup fee is waived.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Any time. Changes are prorated and self-serve in the client area. Flat, predictable tiers — resize your instance or add instances whenever you need to.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation is self-serve. You get a full export — database plus workflow JSON — and after a short retention window the data is deleted. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Do you charge per execution or for overages?

Never. Flat monthly pricing is the point.

What if my instance needs more resources?

We watch resource use and alert you before it becomes a problem. You can resize the instance or move to a dedicated VPS add-on — no surprise bills.
