How long does it take?
A single instance is usually live the same day or within two days. Agency migrations are staged client by client on a schedule you set.
Will there be downtime?
Minimal. Webhook and DNS cutover are coordinated so triggers are not missed, and your old instance stays available read-only as a fallback for a defined window.
What about my credentials?
They are re-entered with you on a screen-share, straight into your new instance. We do not ask you to send secrets in plain text and we do not copy them between systems.
Can you move me from a self-managed VPS?
Yes - from a VPS, from another managed host, or from n8n Cloud. The process is the same: stand up your instance, move workflows, verify parity, cut over.
